I built the first version of Balta Fit to remove the repetitive membership work around my mother’s growing fitness business.

That product became a maintained foundation for other fitness creators who have already built an audience and now need a better place to serve it.

I write the articles on this site from the product and operating work behind the platform: app launches, subscriptions, content structure, white-label delivery, and the trade-offs between generic memberships and an owned product.
