Pricing

A proven platform. Custom where it matters.

Use the proven Balta Fit foundation when it already fits the business. Choose a custom engagement when the product needs workflows or features that should be yours alone.

Two ways to start

Pick the level of product ownership you actually need.

Balta Fit Platform

Best starting point

Launch on the proven product.

One-time setup + 10% of app revenue

A branded fitness subscription product configured around your business, content, and audience—without commissioning a new software platform from zero.

  • Brand intake, product planning, and first test build
  • Content migration and program structure
  • Store setup and release coordination
  • Your name, icon, colors, and store presence
  • Member access across iOS, Android, and web
  • Subscriptions, video delivery, monitoring, and releases
  • Direct work with Balázs from planning through launch
Good fit when

You have an established audience, useful workout content, and want to launch a differentiated product without becoming a software operator.

Plan a platform launch

Custom Platform

Scoped with you

Adapt the foundation around a different business.

Custom quote Commercial model follows the scope

Start with the parts of Balta Fit that already work, then design the workflows that create a real advantage for your members or operating team.

  • Purpose-built member or administration features
  • Custom integrations, analytics, and reporting
  • Complex data or subscription migrations
  • Multiple brands, regions, languages, or access models
  • Your name, icon, colors, and store presence
  • Member access across iOS, Android, and web
  • Subscriptions, video delivery, monitoring, and releases
  • Direct work with Balázs from planning through launch
Good fit when

A generic membership workflow would constrain the business, and the difference is commercially important enough to maintain.

Describe the custom work

What the model means

The commercial details should be understandable before a proposal.

01

Setup is finite

The agreed setup covers the first-release scope: branding, configuration, migration, launch preparation, and the release work listed in the proposal.

02

Revenue share follows app revenue

The platform share is 10% of revenue generated through the app. The proposal defines the reporting source and calculation so there is no ambiguity.

03

Store and payment fees are separate

Apple, Google, Stripe, tax, and payment-processing charges are third-party costs. They are shown separately rather than disguised as Balta Fit fees.

04

Custom work is priced deliberately

Features outside the shared platform are quoted with their delivery and maintenance implications, not slipped into an unclear recurring retainer.

Before we quote

The short review is useful even if we decide not to build.

I look at the audience, current offer, content library, launch expectations, and the operational work happening today. Then I suggest a first release, point out the risky assumptions, and say plainly if an app is still too early.

  1. 1
You send the contextProfile, audience, current monetization, content, and goal.
  2. 2
I review the fitPlatform, custom path, or a more sensible next step.
  3. 3
We agree the first versionScope, ownership, commercial terms, and what happens after launch.

Practical questions

What is usually clarified before the proposal.

Why not publish a single setup price?

Moving 25 clean videos into one language is a different launch from restructuring hundreds of videos, several programs, existing subscribers, and multiple languages. The fee becomes fixed after that work is visible.

Who receives customer payments?

The branded member app is free to download, and you set the subscription price. Payments go to the accounts connected to your business. Your developer and payment accounts remain under your control; Balta Fit operates the software around them.

Can we begin on the platform and add custom features later?

Yes. That is normally safer than trying to predict every custom requirement before real members use the product.

What happens if an app is too early for my business?

I will say so. You may be better served by testing paid demand on YouTube or another simpler platform before taking on a branded product launch.

Your app plan

Send enough context for a useful first answer.

I’ll reply personally with the likely platform path, the missing decisions, and what I would put into the first release.
